i heard you have to feed pacman frogs mice, then i heard you don't have to. so i'm not sure what is true. roaches and crickets are out because my in laws ban them but will allow all kinds of worms. i use to feed my 11 inch long tiger salamander night crawlers so worms don't make me freak out or anything.
You do NOT have to feed mice/rats to your frog! Even if you wanted to it's recommended you only feed mice to them around once every 2+ weeks, as they are high in fat. Crickets and Roaches are good options, but a lot of people on this forum like worms, nightcrawler especially as their staple food source for pacman frogs. Worms can also be dusted in vitamins/calcium pretty easily. Nightcrawler are lower in fat than most other worm types. I hope this helps!
i read that somewhere too, i'm not grossed out by worms so that works for me.
