90 gal Bow Tank conversion

Need some good Ideas on habitat and habitants and what would some of you do with this tank and make it into I am definitely going 3/4 land 1/4 water at the base... thinking fog mountain with a river runs thru it jungle style...??? vines.. wanted to do chameleons but apparently they are not good in paludarium settings...??? thanks for any advise and ideas.. will post pic of tank bare soon.
