Hello, would anyone be able to tell me how long it takes for white's green tree frog tadpoles to start utilising land and eating insects rather that an algae etc? I am leaving on holidays when the tadpoles are about 2 weeks old, and will not be back until they are around 4-5 weeks old. Will the tadpoles still be fully aquatic of partially and require insects? cheers.
2 months at minimum.
Once froglets start appearing offer fruit flies and pinhead crickets.
