I feed mine at six or seven at night, later if I'm up late.
Was thinking of feeding a few flies in the morning and hatching locusts of an evening just before lights out.

My grey tree frogs wake up to eat, so I feed them anytime. The red eyes only get fed at night though because they ignore food otherwise.

I've 4 white tree frogs, 2 wake up at 8pm. 2 juveniles wake up at 12 midnight. So I just put a tall jar with all the goodies.. Mealworms, superworms, crickets and dubia.
