My pacman frog wont eat and im not sure why. He hasnt eaten in 2 weeks. My temperature and humidity are where they're suppose to be. What he would do is just burrow in a hole in the day then come out at night and just chill. Ive tried putting the food in front of his face, but he shows no interest. Please help

I think your going to need to be more descriptive of the environment if you want educated opinions. Pictures of your enclosure, type and size of food being offered, along with temp and humidity numbers are a good start.
We need more info but refusal to eat is usually the case of too low temperature. Should be in the low 80s during the day and no lower than mid 70s at night. This should be provided by a heat lamp and a dark purple or ceramic heater at night. You can also use a heat mat but it must be connected to a thermostat and placed under the tank covering less than half the floor, as they are ineffective on the sides, but many hobbyists don't like this method since they burrow.
I would provide pictures, but my camera is broken. At night the temp is usually around 71 and in the day its around 87. The humidity is usually between 75 to 85%.

The temps are about extreme and probably the issue. Humidity shouldn't be over 70% unless it's a C. cornuta
How are you measuring humidity? Most of the inexpensive store bought stick one monitors are not accurate.
I do have a stick on humidity gauge. Any suggestions on what one i should get?
