Default Green tree frog skin disease?

Hello all I jus joined the forum bc my green tree frog has had this little discoloration since I got him and I didn't notice it until I got home. It hasn't gotten really worse in the 2 months I've had him and he's very active and eats normal. No behavioral issues. Here's a pic of it and it's the best photo I could get on my phone so sorry about the quality

Is it a green tree frog or is it a whites tree frog? Maybe its just me but it almost looks a whites in the pictures. I notice a few things from the pictures so I'm not sure what exactly you asking about. I see little white spots on his back which if he is whites could be normal if hes some kind of morph or it could be some kind of infection. He looks off in colour which could be stress and what is that on his nose? If that's a open wound its severe nose rub which means he doesn't like something and is trying to get out, you can treat that with Neosporin WITHOUT pain reliever. I would put it on a couple times a day. Not sure about the colour because I'm not sure which your asking about and I'm not tree frog expert I just know the basics from being on this forum so hopefully someone else sees this. And what is the temp and humidity in the tank and what are you using to heat the enclosure.

THat looks like a bad case of nose rub. You could put bactine or antibiotic ointment (with no painkillers!) on it to make sure it doesn't get infected or doesn't get any more infected.

That is a green tree frog. Spots on its back are normal, however the nose looks like a bad case of nose rub. I would monitor the frog and see if it is rubbing its nose against anything in the aquarium.

    Looks like it's swollen.

Looks like a young snowflake morph whites with a nose rub. Nice looking frog if you ask me. Where did you get it from? Places like petco or petland typically don't know much if anything about their animals.

Also as others have said that is a very severe nose rub. Be sure to follow their suggestions and apply painkiller free polysporin.
