    Default WTF possible injury

So I got home from work and saw my WTF sitting in one of his usual spots...well some time later I went to check on him before going to bed and noticed he had a light green spot on his back...so naturally I pick him up to check the spot on him and noticed that he had what appears to be scratches on his back...I have never had a frog get hurt before so I'm not really sure what to do. He is still acting normally
I have a picture but I can't seem to upload it.

Is there anything rough in the tank that could have caused the scratches? If any seem especially deep, you could dab them with antibiotic ointment (without painkillers) or bactine.

If you uploaded the picture to a free picture hosting service like flickr you could post a link or post the picture directly with the BBCode option.

The scratches don't look that deep to me. https://farm9.staticflickr.com/8585/...fffe103f_m.jpg
As to what he got scratched on...I'm not entire sure what he might of got the scratches from. He has multiple thing in his cage is his rock, bowl, plastic water tank, and plastic vines...(I want to say its the vines as they touch his back right where the marks are on his back but I'm not 100% sure if that is what caused it)

I'd feel along the stem to see if there's any rough plastic. As long as it doesn't get infected it should be fine.

I have a couple updates for this. I checked the vines and only one part of it felt kinda rough (plan to remove it as its just extra plastic for if you mount it at a angle) I also have him in a bigger tank as I felt he had out-grown his smaller one...I also changed a couple things about his tank. I removed the rock and replaced his current mud-like substrate (hated the stuff...it would turn to sludge if tracked into his water bowl which was a mess to clean...) with the softest reptile carpet I could find. I'm hoping that fixing the vines and removing the rock will keep him from injuring himself...I plan to place a fake log in the rock's place.
