I'm sorry. You could try splinting the legs, but the stress of that would probably be very bad for the frog. I hope someone else here has experience and can tell you exactly what to do.
I accidentally ran over my big bull frog with lawn mower wheel I have a pond and was mowing grass when I turned to mow other direction my frog was laying belly up on grass I was mortified I thought he was dead! He want but his back leg is broke and maybe his front leg. Is there anything I can do to help him? He inside with me now in a make shift container with water and slopes up to dirt and grass he just laying there I feel so horrible! And so does he!
