I have 2 female red eye tree frog, They always been sleeping hiding somewhere on a leaf, but lately one of em started sleeping on a leaf but right in the open. Does it mean anything wrong ?
If they still look and act fine, I'd say it's safe, maybe they've finally gotten used to your presence, are they still skittish when you walk past whilst they're active?
No not at all, they keep sleeping while I clean the vivarium or trim the plant.
I have one that always sleeps in the open. I'm not sure why, she must just prefer it. I have never had any experiences with her to suggest that she's unhealthy so I do not think it's an issue.
