Default Identification via audio of of frog on DC-Maryland border?

    Greetings all,
My inlaws are convinced this is some fearsome "beast in the night".

Can someone kindly confirm it is a frog, indicate which kind of frog it is, and possibly even indicate where I can find other soundtracks that can confirm the species of frog?

    The audio file is here

    This might be the culprit:

    Common Name: Cope's Gray Treefrog
    Scientific Name: Hyla chrysoscelis

The recording can be found here:

sadly there aren't a lot of listening-to-frogs experts here. But I think they might be Grays.

Thanks-I agree, it seems to be a Cope's Gray.
