Default True frog for a 26 gallon

I was thinking of having a local frog species, either a wood frog or two, group of chorus frogs, leopard frog or one male bullfrog, I can make the terrarium and way needed and was wondering if any of these wouldn't work?

Hello and welcome to the forum!

That is not near big enough for a bullfrog, they need space to move or they injure themselves easily. Leopard frogs, wood frogs, and chorus frogs can all be a little skittish when moving to a captive home. You may want to consider finding tadpoles or very young frogs (which you should have in MN over the next month) so that they get used to life in captivity a bit easier.

Here is a list of care articles that might help you decide what will work best - http://www.frogforum.net/content.php...-care-articles
2.0.3 Hyla versicolor "Eastern Gray Tree Frogs"
2.2.0 Agalychnis callidryas "Red Eyed Tree Frogs"

0.0.3 Dendrobates auratus "Turquoise and Bronze"
    0.0.1 Anaxyrus fowleri "Fowler's Toad"

Okay, I was also thinking gray tree frogs as it has vertical space and then a toad or 2 on the floor?

You can't mix those two species, especially in such a small tank. What are the dimensions? Grays are fabulous, but I can tell you from experience that they do love a tall tank. Toads can be pretty fun also though.

24.2" x 14.8" x 20.9" (LxWxH), I might do woods as I can find those easily, my parents won't let me buy animals. Also could a five lines skink work? Or would it be too big.

I can tell you from experience, with Five lined skinks, you need as big as a tank as you're able to get. Despite their size, they are very active, and you can see them throughout the day climbing, basking, foraging, and burrowing, and are somewhat cramped in smaller enclosures. They also need soft, sandy soil that can hold heat and humidity, (A mixture of topsoil and sand would work) and also UVB. I personally don't want to see any of these animals without it, as whenever I had to change my UVB bulbs when they were running out, the skinks never surfaced that day

Okay, I'm now thinking top 5 (most wanted to least) gray tree frog, pacific chorus frog, western chorus frog, American or Canadian toad and last wood frog
