Hey, this is my first post. I was hoping that you could help me out.
My wife and I have had a fowler's toad for 9 months and a few days ago she became bloated and lethargic. She eats, but does not hunt actively and voraciously, like she usually does. She urinated and defacated on my hand when I held her for a few minutes. She has never done this before.
This happened fairly soon after she ate a dubia which seemed to big for her, as she had trouble getting it down. I don't know if that is the cause.
Thanks
She may be impacted. You might want to move her to a tank with paper towels on the bottom so you can tell if she poops. If she doesn't, you might want to try a warm (not hot) water bath, maybe with a drop of honey.
