I just got my thermometer and hygrometer. I checked the temp and humidity in the enclosure. The humidity is 99 is that too high? If so how can I lower it to around 80 the proper humdity. I keep him in a large steralite tub 29gallons. I use a low watt 5 heat pad. Even though I live in florida and its hot very humid my house temps never go below 75degrees. After feed him he goes to the hot side of the tub where the heat is. He about 4 and a half to 5 inches eats like a champ nightcrawlers are his staple

Too high but you can easily decrease the humidity by increasing ventilation by drilling more holes in the tub or replacing a plastic lid for a sturdy screen top and using a heat light instead of a heat mat, which will dry out the air more than opposed to the heat mat which by heating the damp substrate increases the humidity
You may really want to check you hydrometer too, 99% usually is when the gauge got water in and stopped working it is rare you have that kind of humidity even in a tub, if that is not a case, Jason was spot on suggesting adjustments, high humidity is very dangerous

Yeah I think I need another hygrometer

You know honestly, is it really 75% humidity in your house on a regular basis? If that is so, just cut the rectangle hole in a lid, glue in screen( you probably want to use 2 parts epoxy or similar), keep the substrate moist, but not mud like, have the water for the frog go into. And not to worry about hydrometers or humidity and if you see the substrate is drying too fast then you can cover some screen with foil or plastic ( not likely you will need it).
I'm thinking Florida is probably naturally as close as it can get to their natural habitat If you have screen in a lid and something to create a shade in a tank, I bet the guy would really apprechiate sun if you take the tub ( with the lid strongly attached ) outside for some time too, on a patio perhaps, so he won't get in a contact with local fauna.
