Welcome to the forum Spec. I'd place the heat pad under part of the wet section nearest the dry section.
Recently obtained a pacman, he's my first, I don't see any care articles for pac man frogs . i'll keep looking. Still doing research, I don't want my pacman Beast Mode to be unhappy in any way. any advice on where you guys have the articles stashed? I'm thinking I've overfed him the past 2 days with fish. He's a bit bigger than a half dollar, but he put away 9 rosies yesterday, today he downed 5 rosies and 2 larger comet fish. he grew about 1/3 in size just from consumption. Then today i read that fish are fatty and kind of like a treat. I've fed him crickets and been dusting them with vitamin c w b3. is flukers a good brand of calcium? I'd really like to get him the best things i can and make him as healthy as possible. If you check out my album and notice i had him in the coco husk at first and it was mad up mostly of large chunks, after discovering impaction I kind of moved towards moss and jungle bedding. with a 50/50 dry/wet cage. no where that i've read does it mention placement of the heating pad. i've got it under the side with the wet moss. I mist him daily and change his water as well. I noticed the half log cut out thing has mold on it. Any solutions? o ya, he doesn't seem to want to eat mealworms... anyways, Hi frog forum!

Welcome aboard, mold is part of the natural balancing that vivs go through, just make sure it doesn't get out of control.
Welcome, good to have you.
