Default Food for green tree frogs inside Greenhouse

I have between 3-10 green tree frogs inside my tropical 400 sq.ft. Greenhouse. I had them in a previous greenhouse and never fed them, plenty of insects there. The new greenhouse is so well sell/ screened that there are very few insects. I have been giving them wax worms and they eat them almost every night.

My question is: should I give them something else? I place fruit in the greenhouse to attract fruit fies ( they go thru the screens), just a few in sunny days.

I can not give them crickets or any thing that may turn into caterpillers because they will eat my orchids. rolly pollies and roaches are also a no no.

wax worms are fine as a treat, but they're too fatty to be a healthy staple

could you get them a smooth feeding bowl? something crickets and roaches can't climb out of? if you keep it in the same place the frogs should learn where to go to find their meals pretty quickly.

silkworms would also be a good option. they're nutritious, less fatty, fairly slow moving, and they only really eat mulberry leaves so if some get into the greenhouse they won't do much damage. they're a little time consuming to raise though, and more expensive than a lot of other feeders. i've had great luck with them myself though

Could also start a nice earth worm bin. Be sure it has a drainage layer. If you lightly water it just before dusk, the worms should rise to the top of the bin... Just in time for froggy meals.

You can also add non-colored newspaper to the top, remove the paper just before dusk.
