Default WTF with damaged hind paw

I adopted a White's Tree Frog with a damaged hind leg. When I got it last week the frog was dark and lethargic and the hind leg was red and bloody. I went to the vet and the frog is now on antibiotics to fight any infection of the wound and I'm cleaning the wound daily with a 0,7% NaCl solution. The frog seems to be doing a lot better: at night it's walking around in the quarantine tank, sometimes soaking (again 0,7% NaCl) but never that long. It doesn't actively hunt, but it is interested in crickets and will eat them if the get to close. I think I'm see if it can be tong fed to get him to eat some more; now it's eating about 1 cricket every other day.

If the frog makes it, I guess he'll be missing his toes, do any of you have experience with this? Will his mobility be ok or impaired?

He may not do as well at climbing as he would have otherwise, but I've noticed my frogs don't have much problem hanging off things by two or three feet.

That's to say, once they're up there they sometimes like to dangle off the edges of things. I'd be surprised if your frog was good at climbing glass, but he might be able to tackle things like inclined logs.
