Why does my RETF sleep this way?

Lately my RETF female has been curling up her hands and for the last two nights I have seen her sleeping this way with her right hand curled up. She eventually straightens it out, but I think it's odd...I've also noticed her shedding quite a bit lately. And while she's shedding she slides off of everything and falls to the bottom of the tank. She seemed fine after shedding last night and I saw her eat, but then this morning I find her sleeping like this again:
