What is the largest type, species, and morf of pacman frog?

The biggest one is C. Aurita ( true Brazlian Horned frog). These are the ones that supposedly get the size of a small plate.

From what I've seen and read, the ornate is typically larger, but a female fantasy can sometimes be larger than a male ornate.
