I'd watch it to see if it'll pass is, and watch it for any signs of pooping. If it doesn't, and you don't find any in the tank, you should take it to the vet

Horned frogs shouldn't be kept on cypress mulch or bark, the best choice of substrate is coir which is sold under the names eco earth or plantation soil

I fixed an impacted (constipation) once easily by placing the frog into a separate enclosure that was filled with warm (not hot) water that had paper towels for substrate. I cleaned the terrarium it was in and once I had finished I had discovered three separate large poops waiting for me in the separate enclosure it was soaking in. The poops looked like crickets and dirt packed together. I decided from then on to not use any moss and to turn to a diet of night crawlers, that I raise at home easily. I cant stand crickets anyway and tong feeding worms is a easy. Now its easy to spot clean the one large squishy worm poop and my little lunchbox seems happier. I suggest the warm water method to help try to fix the impaction, and possibly using a very small amount of mineral oil mixed with water. the mineral oil acts as a laxative much like it does for pretty much any living species. Make sure the water isn't too hot before adding your buddy to it, we don't want a boiled frog. Also like everyone else s aid Coco fiber is the way to go, its so small and its easy for them to pass especially as they get larger. coco fiber holds moister very well and allows the frog to burrow for security like they naturally do.

Rusty' moss is fine aslong as its not green moss, spaghnum is fine because if soaks up more and thus pats down well, as well as having longer and thicker strands less likely to get eaten than cheap green moss. I've had impactions from cheap green moss, which will pass as doing what you said but no cases of impaction from sphagnum. So I wouldn't worry about it I also consider crickets to be a good source of food because they can be gut loaded easily and are easily coated in supplements, then again worms are healthier and will not feed on frogs like crickets will.
