First, I was looking on LLLReptile, and they have this

which recommeneds the 12x12x18 enclosures from either Zoo Med, or Exo Terra. To me that sounds pretty cramped considering the size an adult reaches. Is this even livable? because I would imagine after everything is in the terrarium an adult frog wouldn't have a lot of room to move.
I also have this aquarium, which measures 30 wide x 18.5 high x 12 deep. would this be sufficient for a tree frog ? I've heard different numbers on height and wouldn't be against just getting the conversion kit to make this a verticle tank either. If this tank isn't good enough for a tree frog, what other options would this give me ? I was looking at a couple different dart frogs but this tank seems over kill for most dart frogs even with plants. Any help is greatly appreciated.
