There very small, almost the size of larvae, but they can move pretty fast so i'm pretty sure its not larvae.
I believe these are crickets anyways.
How to deal with the crickets laying eggs in the enclosure? They hatch pretty quickly and I don't like to clean his enclosure every week.

You can tong feed him them one at a time. Are you just leaving the crickets in there and not takeing them out at all? You should always remove what hasn't been eaten by the morning at the latest. Personally if this is what your doing I would wait about an hour or so after you have put them in and then take out what hasn't been eating, this is what I used to do when my guys wouldn't take from tongs. That or you can feed him in a separate container, but if you can figure it out and feed him in his home IMO this is the best place for him to feed. Takeing him out may stress him and he may not want to eat. Can you try to catch one and take a picture of it? Maybe it isn't crickets.
The reason I asked for a picture is because im wondering if they are Gnat larvae( fruit flies). It would make a lot of sense because the heat and moisture in the air and soil would really attract them.
I honestly don't see a problem with feeders breeding in the enclosure. If they are crickets, most of them probably won't survive anyway. I wrote an article about breeding feeders in situ for Gecko Time here:

They are too small to take a picture of, The camera probably wouldn't recognize it. They are extemely small, like larvae, but they can move pretty fast so i'm pretty sure it isn't a larvae. Im cleaning his cage today anyways.
I dont like to tong feed because it's really hard to catch them.
