Exclamation Juvenile ACF Bloat won't go away!

I have two young ACFs (about 1.5 and 2 inches) that I rescued from a lab. About a week or two ago, one of them started to bloat, with a particularly large lump under her front left arm. I've isolated her and treated with salt baths and Maracyn Oxy to no avail. Looks like a hard bloat, mostly affecting her torso, not a lot of bloating in the legs. She still eats (though a little less, Reptomin sticks) and swims normally. Any idea on whats wrong with her and how I can help?

    Does the lump feel hard?
