Default Exo Terra Day & Night LED for Pacman frog ?

I have a normal green Pacman frog in a Exo Terra small low 45 x 45 x 30 cm and was thinking of using LED lights for better viewing of the frog during the day and night but I'm unsure whether or not this will be suitable or will be too bright and disturb the animal. Has anyone here kept their Pacman with lights? I was thinking of getting the small 15 LED one of this product : http://www.exo-terra.com/en/products..._night_led.php

Any shared thoughts on this will be appreciated. Thanks
