Feeding quantities

How much does everyone feed? I feed my guy every other day, but am confused as to how much I should feed him. He is 7 months old and I have seen things that say to feed as few as 4 crickets a feeding to as much as they will eat in 15 minutes. 4 seems way to few and he will scarf down 150 large crickets if I offer them. I also alternate feeding with nightcrawlers which I usually feed in quantities of 12-15. He seems to be healthy and is growing like a weed, but I worry that I am over feeding him and there doesn't seem to be any specific amounts listed. I have also fed fuzzy mice and feeder fish on rare occasions.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but then I was reading people feeding 15 crickets every other day and others saying that was way too much and if that was too much then we were in big trouble. King Eglon is what my dad would call a "good little eater"!
