I've been looking but I still can't find one. Does any one know?
The best time to look for American toads is at night through the month of July. Their range covers most of the eastern U.S. except Florida. The western range stops at the Missouri-Mississippi Rivers. They have a distinctive call that lasts for up to 30 seconds. I am not sure who sells them. I have several living in my backyard.
