Care wise, all US Hyla species have the same requirements as Gray Tree Frogs, so read that care article - it covers froglets too. They look to be Gray Tree Frogs but if you tell us what part of NC you are in, that will help. Of the two Gray Tree Frog species, you only have Hyla chrysoscelis there.
