How long has it been like that? I can think of two reasons it may be like that that aren't a problem at all. One is he may have a piece of substrate stuck on/near the eye. The second is that he may have a fragment of shed (they shed all the time and eat it, but sometimes bits and pieces will get caught). Make sure it's neither of those before taking any action.

Eye half closed like that could also be due to stress, or even infection. Infection is usually accompanied by either swelling or cloudiness in the eye, maybe some discharge and decreased alertness.

Once you've made sure it's not just something sticking to his eye bothering him, give it a day or two. If he's still doing this 100% of the time at the end of the week with no other symptoms, you may want to start thinking about a vet visit. There's no home remedy that can help with eye infections.
