Password

I signed up through Tapatalk. I am trying to get on through the actual website address so I can modify my picture and everything else. I have chosen forgot my password and put my email address in and it does not send me a email. Could you please advise me how I can get this resolved.

Can anyone tell me who is a moderator or administrator that could help me with this issue above. I have sent a private message to John with no response in the last week. I am trying to get my password reset I can get on tap a talk but I cannot get on the main forum from a computer. Every time I hit forgot password it says it sent me an email but it does not. Can someone please help. Thank you very much.
