Help building vivarium

I know there is a thread with links on this but they all say domain error sooo. I am building a 29 gallon vivarium and need some help. I want to have a waterfall or dripping section in the tank. I was planning on doing a false bottom and some bag mix and a foam background but need a little help still. If I put down Eco earth, should I then add bag mix on top and then moss? I also wanted help on like a layout. I want to put milk frogs in the tank when it's done, and I am adding a reptifogger and hopefully a mistaking too.

I can say now a diy ultrasonic fogger is a better and cheaper plan. Reptifoggers are expensive, poorly constructed, break down and you have to ship and wait for a new one, just all around garbage. That and they stiffle you on the warranty.

Ive known tons of people that can agree locally. Same goes with the rain machines. 6months then poop...
