Brazilian horned frog won't eat very well

Hi I got my Brazilian Horned frog last week its around 2.5 inches
It did eat couple crickets the first day.

Then it would eat for three days later I will admit I was taking it out of enclosure to feed worrying about impaction problem I use eco earth .I had her in ten gallon aquarium but someone said that may be to large and open for a young frog.

So now I put her into a critter keeper medium size. She did eat a night crawler for me I didn't cut into piece's so I hope she didn't plug she has pooped twice in one week.

I hope I didn't stress her out to much by moving her back and forth trying to get her to feed.
I am just going to leave her in critter keeper I did this few crickets in there but worried they may harm her if she refuses to eat them.

Should I try the pedialyte method will maybe help bring her around below is more detailed setup.

Medium critter keeper
Medium water dish not real deep.
Eco earth
Tell is 78-82
Humidity is 75-85%

to get facts straight - you have a frog for a week.
-During that time it ate for you 3 crickets and 1 full nightcrawler,
- during that time she pooped 2 times.

right now you have her in medium kritter keeper and your worry is she won't be eating?
am I getting it correctly?
