    Default Vitamin A

So I know that vitamin A can be quite harmful to a frog if they are given too much of it. So about three or four months ago, me, being dumb, ordered Repashy calcium plus and did not look at the ingredients. Today I finally got around to it. Aside from there being about 10 or 12 chemicals and preservatives whose names I cannot pronounce (and I imagine these chemicals cant be too good for frogs) I noticed there was vitamin A! So my question is, does the regular repashy calcium have this problem? What is the best supplement for my frog? And should the multivitamin powder not have any vitamin A? What is the best in that category?
    Thanks in advance

It depends on the species you are supplementing, but vitamin A deficiency is a huge problem in captive dart frogs. Repashy calcium plus is one of the best supplements on the market. Some people also supplement Repashy vitamin A once a month for breeding animals to help ensure healthy, viable tadpoles. Are you sure that those "chemicals you can't probounce" aren't names of vitamins and or minerals? Some of them Have pretty crazy names.
