    Thumbs up Update on Newbie, the new Red Eyed Tree Frog

    hello community

    My new Red Eye Newbie is doing well! hes started shedding at night and made his first poop last night.. Its healthy looking, looks like frenchys, only is smaller haha

    Still waitin on him to eat.. Hopefully soon

    Thats awsome to hear! I was just thinking about noob actually. Do you feed them individually or put crickets in the enclosure at night? If you put them in at night you may never see it

    Hes still being quarantined so individually atm. I have started bowl feeding him.

    Last night, he ate a cricket at last!

    I think Newbie might be a girl tho while being younger and smaller than Frenchy, she has different shapes... Like behind her ears, gets very wide, while on Frenchy, behind his ears is the same size, doesnt get larger. And im pretty sure females get that extra padding behind the ears so the male has an easier time holdin on. Or even just, more room as he lays along her back.
