Something I wondered about. I always see care guides saying things like "you can keep up to 2 in a 10 gallon" but does that mean they usually do better in groups, or are they alright being on their own?
Almost all frogs are solitary creatures and do perfectly fine on their own. Quite a few will 'tolerate' more of their own kind and do well in groups, but that is not to be mistaken social behavior.
