Default What to put on top of gravel?

Hello everyone! I've been super busy over the past few months with school and chores, but I have finally decided to put Pacific chorus frogs in my 120 gallon aquarium The question I have is, what can I put on top of gravel that will be under water, to prevent the frogs from swallowing it? Or will this not be a problem? I will post pictures of my progress later today

I don't have much experience with frogs other then darts, but perhaps just using a gravel size that is too big for them to swallow will resolve the issue if there is even an issue with that.

unless they are eating as if an aquatic bottom feeder would, it's not an issue. i don't keep them either, but i am pretty sure they feed on land?

They do feed on land, and I will be tong feeding them appropriately cut earthworms. It is very possible that they can get the gravel into their mouth, so that's why I was asking.

I wouldn't put anything over it. They're not going to swim down and eat the gravel. Mine hangs out in or near the water quite a bit more than my green tree frogs, but they're not really aquatic.

Neat little frogs, good choice .

Yeah, I have had mine for almost 2 years now and mine loves the water. I am just planning to get more to fill up this 120 gallon. Thanks!
