Local Plants?

I want to create a Vivarium with some local plants from my area. A local nursery sales most of these. I know the bamboo and the moss will. Would anything else on here work for a Vivarium? Thanks

Moss
Duck Weed
Clover
Water lettuce
Water hyacinth
