I typically gut load my crickets with potatoes and carrots. I alternate the days I feed carrots and the days I feed potatoes. I have looked at several different brands/formulas for gut loading crickets. My co-worker makes his own by putting cherrios, fish flakes, and a few other ingredients in a blender and gut loading his crickets in powder form. What is the best mix/brand to use specifically for crickets being fed to a Pacman? Is powder or cube form the best?

I would continue doing fresh fruits and veggies. I feed mine whatever extra that we have around. Orange slices, carrots, broccoli, apples, pears, spinach, etc with a bit of cheerios. Then make sure you you use vitamin and calcium dust.

Thanks. I do use vitamins and calcium. I only supplement the crickets into his diet. He primarily eats nightcrawlers. He loves snatching the crickets in his enclosure though.
Fresh salad, carrots, and I also use the Zoo Med cricket feed as a secondary in my cricket keeper and they seem to love that stuff.
I actually feed my crickets fresh veg/salad and fruits.
As I'm mainly loading them primarily for Dragons and Chams, I feed them what I dont usually feed them daily. Logic being its extra goodness for the reptile/amphibian eating them.
