Does anyone have a recommendation for a good gravel vacuum? Having previously owned fish, I have tried the stupid crappy one Walmart carries twice, only to have both of them break on the first use. I don't want to spend a fortune, but still need a reliable vacuum to clean the gravel in my toad tank.
I'm using Marina easy clean in my aquariums and it works like a charm.

I'm still in the aquarium side of the hobby and just starting into vivariums. I use [Aqueon Siphons], you can get a few different sizes depending on your needs. There the 5g and less skinny small 'mini' siphon, the huge one for 20-55, and a wide but short one for 5-20g range. If you are just siphon water from a false bottom with egg crates (nothing else below) the 'mini' aqueon will work fine, you can cut a small hole in the false bottom to gain easy access or mold your background to give you an access point that is otherwise covered to keep critters out. If you're siphoning out around gravel, clay media, or sand I'd get the wider/larger ones, especially recommend the 10" long tube if you are siphoning around sand to avoid sucking it all up.
edit:
alternatively you can make a DIY vacuum if you want something that works well if you feel diy-y
