Default Using Essential Oils in African Dwarf Frog Tank

I believe my African Dwarf Frog is starting to come down with a fungal infection just a little spot. In Melafix they use the essential oil Cajeput. To avoid all the other additives in Melafix I decided to research my own essential oils and found Doterra Essential oils garenteed to be 100% pure. I was going to dilute the oils to the same percentage in Melafix, 1%. Sound like a good idea?

How are you gonna ensure that you're getting a 1% solution?

Pure 100% cajeput oil has the same effects as a diluted clove oil and belonging to a tree genus under which tea tree oil (whic is toxic to a lot of animals) is also under.

    Why not just use melafix?
