Default San Srancisco Bay Brand vs. Hikari? Frozen Food

One thing I like about Hikari's Frozen selections is all their food is gut loaded with vitamins. However, what exactly is their 3 stage sterilization process. On the other side you have San Francisco Bay's selection. They don't gut load their food with anything but they appear to have less artificial ingredients or preservatives than Hikari. Is it me or do I feel the sterilization process kind of kills all the nutritional aspects about the food and that's why they have to force feed all their food with artificial vitamins. Raw food is the best I'm just afraid of the potential parasites a frog can get. Anyone have any opinions on either of these brands and if the SBB would provide enough nutrients for lets say african dwarf frogs. Which one is higher quality? Thanks!
