That's a really bad prolapse and I would guess it's going to require vet attention. Sorry your little guy isn't doing well

If you can't get to the vet immediately or at all you can try soaking in a water solution with a few drops of honey may help a little. But that's pretty severe. If you can get to the vet at all do it soon as possible!

Hello and welcome to FF! Sorry frog is not well . Do you have an update on frogs condition? When a prolapse turns dark it's very bad news and time for herpetological veterinary emergency care .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

It looks necrotic... I'm very sorry to be the one to say it but you need to end his suffering in the quickest and most humane way possible. I'm so sorry

EDIT: I took another look and it appears he is prolapsing around a large fecal mass?? Either way this frog needs immediate vet help, if this isn't possible then I stand by my original statement. This sounds awfully harsh, even to me, but I'm speaking from very painful and raw recent experience (frog with multiple prolapses who had to be put down)... your frog is suffering and you don't want to prolong it.
