Sexing my Pacific Tree Frog
I have 3 Pacific Tree frogs, and so far I have been able to identify that 2 of the 3 are definitely male (huge black pouches and they sing a LOT) but my first frog is quite a bit smaller than the other two, and it's belly is a solid cream color.
Could someone help me out here and confirm or deny my sneaking suspicions that my Francois is really a girl?

How old is Francois? And is s/he the same age as the others?

I'm not sure. All of my babies are wild caught. We found Francois on our doorstep- about to be squished by my fiance's shoe- in the middle of a really cold storm. He (for all intensive purposes I am just gonna call him a he for now because switching between is too confusing) was huddled in a tiny ball on our doormat. I thought he was dead at first, so I thought I would bring him inside and give him a little froggy burial. Nothing should have to be squished underfoot like that. Plus, I was worried about the vicious Labrador that lives next door to us- if he was alive, and that lab found him... I shudder to think what would have happened.
My other two PCF's are a LOT bigger than Francois. Gaston is at least a head bigger, and Pierre is about 2x the size of Gaston. I figure that Francois must be a baby still. However, Pierre and Gaston both have HUGE black pouches and they sing all the time. I figure since Francois' neck is a solid cream, he must be a she!

Sounds to me like you either have a juvenile or a Francine

It's still very possible that Francois is a he, especially for how small s/he is. I raised my frogs from tiny tadpoles and have two WC that I rescued. All of them started out with cream throats and were roughly the same size. Then one day, I started hearing one of them start to call. He still had a white throat and it was very faint and all you could see was a little bubble. Then over time they got louder and louder and his pouch became more and more pronounced
