Default Looking for some direction regarding submerged pond foam

First of all let me start by saying hello and thank you in advance to all those that are helping a new comer like myself. I have been reading a lot on here and learning more and more all the time.

So for the question (I have searched but cannot find a concrete answer). I have started my first go at an encloser for a couple of firebelly's which is half and half. The devide is spray foam (black pond type ans yes it is sealed and holding the water). I would like to know if I need to cover the submerged area of foam or is it OK to leave this plain?

    Thank You in advance.

You can leave it plain. The spray foams are made of polyurethane and are water proof once they cure.

Next on my list will be darts ... I am going to use the terrarium that the toads are in now for them. I have inherited the task of caring for them and I can't leave them the way they are

Very addictive! Also keep in mind for future use that if you ever cut into the foam after it has cured it will no long be water proof.

Darts are a hard habbit to kick once you start. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. It is always better to ask to many questions than it is to not ask enough and make a mistake that could cost you more money
