Question Lauric Acid, Coconut Water & Crickets?

I tried to give my WTFs Soldier fly larvae because I heard they naturally contain lauric acid, which helps protect against bacteria and possibly protozoal infection like coccidiosis. Well, my frogs could NOT digest those things (was told by folks they probably wouldn't, but I gave it a try anyway). Now I just heard today that organic coconut water ALSO contains naturally occurring lauric acid (Dr. Oz show) and the human docs said it does the same thing, helps protect against nasties in the gut. What I am wondering is, could I feed coconut water to crickets (would have to offer it fresh once or twice a day) and basically use that as their source of moisture and have the lauric acid transfer from them to the frogs? It is all natural and plant based, so was wondering how that might work?
