    Default Strange behaviors?

Betty has been acting extremely hyperactive lately, not usual behavior for her.
I mean, climbing on the walls, jumping around psychotically, whereas usually she prefers to soak in her water dish or rest on a ledge, sometimes coming alive at night.

Another odd behavior is trying to eat everything!! She follows me with her eyes, even if I go to brush my hair out of my face, her eyes follow my hand. You probably saw my post about her eating my nose. Just today she latched onto my shirt! I don't hand feed, and I fed her not to long ago so not sure why she is doing this.

Any responses would be gladly appreciated. Also, see my next post about Sally.

You should definitely be dusting with vitamins and calcium no matter what. Carlos has his schedule here, http://www.frogforum.net/showthread.php?p=200430 I would check that out. PS why did someone else post the pic for you on the other post o.0

She's my sister lol. the water I feed my crickets is supposed to have the needed calcium for frogs, so I should be adding more? Would lack of vitamins and calcium contribute to her behavior?

Ooh that makes much more sense now lol. It is possible, but it just sounds like your frog has had one to many monsters if you know what I mean

I don't think so, too much food should make your frog lazy not crazy

Sounds like hunting behavior to me. How often do you feed and how much?

That sounds okay, for small crickets. Maybe she's just being a crazy frog. She's not trying to escape is she? I heard of one frog that got nose rub from trying to escape, probably due to the brightness of the red heat light at night.

Yes the crickets are as small as I can get them. The big ones kinda freak me out lol. It's possible she's trying to escape, she's never done this before though. Except last night she was burrowing her head in between the mushroom ledge and the glass, I took her out to see if that's what she wanted, but she just sat on my hand.

I thought so, 5-10 of the big ones would be overfeeding, just a little.
