Exclamation Whites tree frog not eating, really not himself :(

    Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum and in desperate need of advice, I've had my WTF since August and up until now he's been doing great, eating crickets like crazy and in lovely condition, had no problems, but over the last week hes stopped eating completely, i had brought a new tub of crickets that looked a little larger than what i would usually get ( as that's all i could get at the time) he's around 3 inch's in length so i though they should be ok, i put some of them in his tank and he never touched them, he didn't even look at them, so i though oh right they're just to big, so i got smaller, and he is just not interested in them what so ever.

The last 48 hours he's become very lethargic and just sits in the same spot maybe shifting a bit, but not venturing out at all, even at night he just sits there with his eyes half closed, and i have no idea what could be wrong, he's been kept in my fish room and its stays at 23-24 degrees in there all the time with out any other heating, i did put a heat mat down on one side a few days ago just encase he was cold, but he still didn't perk up. Humidity is about 50% and hes been cleaned out every 3-4 weeks, coco fiber substrate and nothing he could swallow to get impacted, fresh declor water in his bowl almost everyday, and regular feeding with crickets.

Hes losing condition and i can see hes skinnier, so now i'm starting to worry i've checked him all over, got him out tonight to have a good check no cuts or marks, he was more active when handling, not panicking but just few little jumps wanting to move about, one thing i did notice was hes not sticking properly to what he grabs on to ? hes always been a little pink under his belly, but i've had experience with frogs for years and it doesn't look like red leg, just his skin, i will try and get photos but i really don't want to stress him to much if hes not right.

i'm considering getting some wax worms tomorrow and trying to force feed him if any one thinks that would be a good idea ? or any form of powdered food i could make a paste of, if people have recommendations that would be great.
any advice will be greatly appreciated, because i have no idea whats wrong with my poor little guy
