Default Waterproofing the holes in foam?

My job is basically done, I'm just waiting for everything to cure but now I'm worried. I saw another thread that said something about breaking the seal when carving foam. There are small holes in my foam because I've carved it. Will the drylok or whatever waterproofer I've used stop it from ruining my foam work? I have a pond area and everything. I'm hoping I wont have to start over...

I work with foam a lot and if I am ever uncertain about how water proof an area really is I just use aquarium silicone (get It at Home Depot or Lowes) to seal the area. Make sure you use latex gloves and have plenty of ventilation so you don't breath it in too much.It is toxic when it is wet but completely non-toxic when it dries. Just apply it to your fingers and smear it on.
