Thread: First time feeding with tweezers

Default First time feeding with tweezers

Well today I decided to try feeding my Pcf with tweezers so she would stop eating my finger. This worked but she almost ate the tweezers because they were the same color of the worm! It scared me for a second but she eventually figured out it wasn't food and it made me lol a little bit

Note: This is only a temporary cage for her while I build her a new one.

Just chillin after her meal I finally got her up to a nice healthy weight since she was a little skinny for a few months until I could increase her food intake (couldn't afford crickets every 4 days).

Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!

My PCF's will go after the tongs even if I'm using them to rearrange stuff in their vivarium. I have to separate them at feeding time because they'll both go after the cricket at the same time, or if during feeding time, if one moves too quickly, the other is on top of it pronto!

I love feeding my little gals! Aren't they just the most violent little frogs?
