WTF heating

I recently bought a 18x18x24 Exo Terra for a white's tree frog and i was wondering if anyone has some tips on how to heat the tank. The exo terra hood top with the halogen light gives heat but is it enough?

I use either a 45 or 65 watt red light bulb pending the season. Just make sure you don't dry out the tank to much, and I will top the tank with moist towels to help not only hold in heat, but also help keep the humidity levels up.
