    Unhappy Tadpole identification help!

Hi! I'm brand new here and am raising some tadpoles that were found in my aunt's pool and they have lateral eyes so I think they are some kind of treefrog but I need help narrowing it down(they were found in Palm Bay FL). I'm also really worried they might be invasive cuban tree frogs which are illegal to release back into the wild once you've caught them. But I obviously can't murder all the tadpoles I'm raising like is recommended. So please tell me these aren't invasive! And if they are any advice on what to do with them is appreciated. Also please tell me if the pictures failed to upload.Name: image.jpg

Tadpoles are always hard, especially from photos Here's a few links that may help in case you haven't seen them:

The handy SEARMIT guide that I think includes most Florida species: http://fl.biology.usgs.gov/armi/Guide_to_Tadpoles/SEARMITadpoleGuide.pdf

And a large, complicated tadpole key: USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center "Tadpoles of the United States and Canada: A Tutorial and Key"

Florida Frogs: Florida Wildlife Extension at UF/IFAS

A brief familiarity with the normal breeding times of your natives can help narrow it down. How the eggs were laid and how many can also help if you saw them at this stage (in large masses vs spread about in small groups, and overall quantity).

They have legs already, so you'll probably know soon enough.
