If all you need is heat, I would do a ceramic heat emitter with a thermostat so it doesn't dry things out. A heat bulb would zap your humidity.

Would help if you state what frogs do you plan to keep in there and the room temperature where enclosure is located. Thank you !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

If you want dawn/dusk and storms the Ecoxotic E-90 is cool, and probably the only light under $350 that will give you those fx and might light a tank that large by itself. If you just want regular lighting look into the beamswork line of led fixtures from topdogsellers on eBay.

Oh and if you don't mind the $$$ the jungle hobbies LEDs from mistking.com will do fx and are very powerful, but for that tank you'd need the large version which is $600+.

Buildmyled.com XB series is worth looking into also. You can add their so lunar controller for $100 and get dawn/dusk and it also has an unadvertised lightning effect.

Finnex also makes some competitively priced fixtures worth looking into.

Dave, OP was asking about the heat lamp.

RedeyefromMB would you please answer Carlos question. It might be problematic to heat up enclosure this big, so in order to advise we need to know what is your room temp, what temps you want to achieve in a tank and what frogs are you keeping.thanks
